Polygon and Holesky support on Rivet is now in deprecated.

Polygon Disruption Heimdall v2

Cause: Application of Heimdall v2 Updates per the Polygon team

Conditions: The Polygon network was somewhat sporadic for a period of time during the transition to Heimdall v2, with our nodes falling behind as issues arose between Heimdall and Bor. As of 7/14, these issues seem to be resolved.
