Polygon and Holesky support on Rivet is now in deprecated.

Cause: Set up of Holesky network

Conditions: The Holesky Network is being created for operations. The network is not yet fully functional, and will remain disrupted for the duration of the set up process. Rivet support will commence once the set up is complete.
