Issues in Asian Datacenter

Cause: Backend system disruption

Conditions: Issues with backend system made servers in Asia stopped processing blocks.

(08:30 — Mar 20) Routing all traffic to US while resolving issue in Asia. (11:20 — Mar 20) Flume restored. Routing log index traffic to servers in Asia (11:45 — Mar 20) Nodes restored. All traffic routing within Asia. There is still ongoing backend work; leaving in maintenance status. (16:00 — Mar 20) All systems functioning normally.
